Service department was great There was a problem with my appointment and they still got me in. I hate the automated voice system please don’t use it. When it comes to the service guys I want to talk to them!

My truck went in with a check engine light on. When I was called that the truck was done I asked what was the reason, which I was told they didn’t check it. I assumed a quick check to get the code would be something the service department would have done for me. It is a service I can get from any auto parts store for free. It would be something that I would most likely have done at your shop and was disappointed with the response.

Well since I now have to take my truck back for the recall a second time. The first time I had to ask multiple questions to get a discussion going on what was done on the recall. I was told sign here and that was the extend of my interaction until I started asking question. If I hadn't been in the dealership buying another car, I wouldn't gotten all my questions answer.

Jake was very helpful and responsive. We were a little frustrated at how long it took to get the vehicle from GM, but we understand that with it being a new model it would take longer than normal. All in all, Bauman did a good job.

You guys did a great job but my oil change was supposed to be $69.00 and you charged me $79.00. I didnt catch it so shame on me. I even asked the girl when I scheduled and she confirmed $69. Oh well my fault. I will pay more attention next time if I go back
