Service department was great There was a problem with my appointment and they still got me in. I hate the automated voice system please don’t use it. When it comes to the service guys I want to talk to them!

My truck went in with a check engine light on. When I was called that the truck was done I asked what was the reason, which I was told they didn’t check it. I assumed a quick check to get the code would be something the service department would have done for me. It is a service I can get from any auto parts store for free. It would be something that I would most likely have done at your shop and was disappointed with the response.
